As a Security Officer - Full-Time Site Patrol Unarmed in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for visitors and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the location.
• Support store staff and visitors by providing helpful security-related assistance and information when required.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and any security-related issues to appropriate personnel and/or management.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to uphold site-specific expectations and maintain a welcoming environment for the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
