Security Officer - Dispatch Operations

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and communicating with team members to help to deter incidents. You will utilize your customer service skills and comfort with technology to maintain a secure environment, remaining attentive and responsive at all times. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and respond to security-related communications and alarms from various locations within financial institutions.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or areas requiring assistance as needed, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, incidents, and responses in the dispatch log.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and support site-specific security-related procedures.
• Provide customer service through clear communication and support to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Support emergency response activities by promptly relaying information and coordinating resources as directed.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures while carrying out dispatch duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
