As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Specialist in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a financial institution environment, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct regular patrols, and remain visible throughout the location to help deter security-related incidents. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and patrons.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of persons entering and leaving the premises.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incidents as they arise.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols, maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as directed by site procedures during critical incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
