They must be able to multi-task while keeping a cool composure. The member service desk representative must be physically capable of performing all job duties. Position Details: Mercy Fitness Center - Healthpoint Jackson 410 W Main Street Jackson, MO 63755 Hours/Schedule Part-Time (12-hrs per week) Varies/Rotating, Nights, Weekends Qualifications Education: High School diploma Licensure: Experience: None Certifications: Other: Basic computer skills, good phone etiquette, must be able to multi-task. Preferred Education: Preferred Licensure: Preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service. Preferred Certifications: CPR certification/AED Preferred Other: Why Mercy?
