Overview

TRC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role is based in TRC's office in Monroeville, PA and involves direct client interaction, vendor management, and market research to inform campaign strategies and positioning. The Marketing Manager will also present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of multiple marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with program goals
  • Provide guidance and feedback to coordinators and junior staff
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Lead meetings and projects with direct client interaction.
  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Direct vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support campaign execution.
  • Lead market research efforts to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
  • Present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership/clients.
  • Lead development of high-impact, program-wide marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and mentor managers and senior coordinators, fostering team growth and performance
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and brand identity
  • Manage large budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects/programs
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing and executive leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive work team

  • Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year).

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
