POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit, motivate, develop, and lead a team of high performing leaders and professionals Plan, organize, direct and control the worldwide internal audit program. Assess the effectiveness with which management carries out their assigned functions Identify and mitigate tax risks associated with business operations Support international expansion through assessment of operations and participation in implementation of recommended improvements, evaluate policies and procedures and test compliance where necessary Perform projects requested by senior and executive management.
