This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department which includes HR, Benefits & Payroll.

This is a 6-9 month temporary to permanent role, remote on EST or CST time.

Position Summary
This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department which includes HR, Benefits & Payroll.
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Payroll
*Process weekly payroll for assigned pay groups.
*Enter adjustments and pay changes into HRIS system for all pay groups.
*Review, validate and audit payroll related entries (for new hires & terminating employees).
*Support the HR team with various duties as assigned by management.

Benefits
*Manage file feeds in and out of the Ultipro payroll system to multiple carriers and 401k vendors.
*Run audit reports to ensure that the data is processed accurately.

HRIS
*Audit system records (employee data) to assure accurate data entry for new hires, promotions, and other job/pay changes.
*Provide basic support as it relates to password resets and access to UltiPro.
*Assist employees & managers with questions related to timesheet entries and adjustments to assure complete and accurate time records.
Competency Requirements
*Ability to multi task, support day to day activities while managing customer inquiries.
*Knowledgeable of basic payroll processing requirements and general HR functions.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

*System implementation- validation
*Year end tax analysis - resolution

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
*Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Payroll Processing/Timekeeping system applications.
*High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements
*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to (walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision for computer monitor, and the ability to adjust focus.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $78,900.00 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
