Graduate Engineer I, Structural
Halff has an open position for a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Richardson, TX location. This position is for a new graduate or individual with 0 to 2 years of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Graduate Structural Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Will design part or all of projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, retaining walls, and vehicular bridges
  • Will review contractor submittals during construction
  • Will work under the guidance of senior staff
  • Will interact with clients as well as in-house engineers and architects
  • Will provide CAD assistance when necessary


Graduate Structural Engineer Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis - Required
  • Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position
  • Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus
  • MicroStation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus
