Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, reliable Cook who has a passion for high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting delicious pizzas and other menu items for our guests.

Responsibilities



  • Prepare, cook, and assemble pizzas to brand and recipe standards.
  • Perform line cook duties, including food prep, station setup, and cooking menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
  • Ensure proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory, storage, and product rotation.
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.


Qualifications



  • Pizza-making experience preferred.
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

Safety & Security:

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
