Security Professional - Resort Patrol

As a Security Professional - Resort Patrol in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a positive guest experience while maintaining high standards of customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities, as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort location, including interior spaces and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and any unusual activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Work collaboratively with hotel and resort staff to address concerns, answer questions, and manage security-related situations as they arise.
• Remain alert and aware of the surroundings, adapting to varying working conditions present within hotel and resort environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
