Security Officer - Retail Customer Service

As a Security Officer - Retail Customer Service in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to support a secure environment, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
