As a Security Professional - Logistics Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities involve routine driving patrols throughout the site, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting employees and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. This is a driving post, and you will be responsible for responding to situations, conducting regular checks, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the facility.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and visitors to address inquiries and report concerns.
• Observe and report any hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions encountered during patrols.
• Follow post orders and company protocols to maintain a secure and orderly environment at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The position is primarily a driving post, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
