PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Contact Center Administrative Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and internal staff, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional communication. This role is responsible for efficiently managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and providing accurate information to callers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding resort services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Relay messages to guests and staff efficiently and confidently
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Log and report any technical issues with phone systems or guest concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Assist the administration team with daily tasks as needed
  • Assist the supervisory team with special projects as needed
  • Complete projects accurately and efficiently
  • Become familiar with all the Deer Valley managed properties, rates, packages, and policies
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or during high call volumes
  • MS Office proficiency preferred


DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • 11/15/2025 - 4/1/2026


PAY RATE:

  • $21.00 per hour
