Project Manager

Overview

This role supports a new initiative designed to equip business teams with the ability to independently develop quick or short-term solutions using low-code/no-code tools. The Project Manager will oversee this effort, coordinating with stakeholders across the enterprise and ensuring teams are informed, aligned, and prepared to adopt the new approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager for the Business-Led IT initiative, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate across various managers and teams to align on goals, tools, and implementation strategy.
• Develop and manage the project roadmap, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and available tools.
• Support the business team in understanding and adopting the new framework and approach.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC principles throughout project execution.
• Apply SAFe/Agile methodologies to manage timelines, communication, and deliverables.
• Provide structure and guidance for the implementation of the low-code/no-code platform once selected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience within IT or related technical environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading initiatives that introduce new frameworks or processes.
• SAFe/Agile experience required.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Dynamics, Appian, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Nice To Have

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, SAFe) are a plus.
