CDL Supervisor - Class A or B (Home Daily)
Millsdale, IL
PSC Group is hiring a CDL Supervisor for operations inside a Chemical Plant. This role oversees daily spotting and shuttling activities while also operating equipment as needed. You'll be home daily and work with new, state-of-the-art, company-owned equipment. Compensation ranges from $34.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Must be available to schedule around 24/7 operations
Pay Range: $34.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Qualifications:
- Must possess a Valid Class A or B CDL Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years recorded experience
- Air brake, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements required
- Valid TWIC is required
- Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spotting of tank trailers throughout the chemical plant
- Manage and coordinate shuttling of box trailers to and from the distribution center
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with PSC standards and DOT regulations
- Support field employees with equipment operation and step in to drive when necessary
- Participate in safety meetings and training initiatives
- Perform safety observations in the field and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Ensure all incidents are investigated; actively participate in significant incident reviews
- Work closely with field employees and the customer to identify efficiency improvements and help implement them
- Provide positive recognition for strong performance
- Identify future leaders and assist in creating individual development plans
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for field employees
- Complete any other duties assigned to support safe and efficient operations
