As a key member of the technical support team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of essential IT infrastructure. Your expertise will directly impact daily operations, providing critical support for network, server, workstation, and collaboration technologies. You'll lead complex projects, troubleshoot intricate issues, and guide internal customers, ensuring that technology serves as an enabler for success across the organization. This role offers the chance to not only solve immediate challenges but also to shape future technical solutions and mentor junior team members.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead, plan, and coordinate technical support and problem resolution for the implementation and installation of computers, network equipment, Audio/Video systems, servers, and associated peripherals within established guidelines.

* Apply and document procedures for efficient problem determination, resolution, and installation support.

* Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with internal customers, management, and technical partners.

* Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

* Utilize strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to provide operational and business support for critical computer systems to various internal customers.

* Coach, mentor, and coordinate project and support tasks with team members, fostering their growth and development.

* Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment standards and expenditure best practices.

* Ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines related to asset management and operational procedures.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of three (3) years of customer-facing end-user technology support experience.

* Active Driver's License.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.

* Proficiency with MAC/iOS systems.

* Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to user satisfaction.

* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

* Effective oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.

* Advanced understanding of desktop/laptop configurations and operating systems, Telephony/VOIP, Audio/Video, and collaboration technologies.

* Knowledge of server functionality and configurations, as well as network topology and operating systems.

* Proven ability to manage and work effectively within a team-oriented setting.

* Demonstrated professional maturity and the ability to positively represent the IT department.

* Solid leadership and project management skills, with the capacity to lead initiatives from conception to completion.

* Adept at managing multiple large projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality day-to-day support activities.

* Ability to dynamically adjust priorities to align with evolving business needs.

* Expertise in isolating and resolving hardware, software, Audio/Video, facility, and network infrastructure problems on various devices.

* Ability to accurately assess and understand customer needs, working with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions within negotiated timeframes.

* Skilled in interfacing effectively with customers and IT support partners in diverse service and support scenarios.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $41. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
