Benchmark is hiring for a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a member of the Community Action Treatment (CAT) team. The focus of the CAT program is to provide time-limited home and community based therapeutic, supportive services on a scheduled and/or crisis basis to support youth and their families with behavioral health disorders, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities that have been identified as being at risk of out of home placement, either due to treatment in a more restrictive setting or removal by the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). In Community based position - Travel required throughout region 1 of Georgia The part time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the health and safety of individuals receiving services through CAT. The LPN functions within the limits of their license and educational preparation, as well as function effectively with other members of the care team. The nurse will utilize the nursing process under the clinical supervision of a psychiatrist or psychiatric APRN to promote and maintain health, prevent disease and other potential disabilities in order for the individual to obtain optimal health. Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required. BENEFITS:
