Job Summary
The Operations Manager - Manufacturing/Prefabrication provides leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of the fabrication operations to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and productivity. This role oversees scheduling, staffing, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support company objectives and customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence through Lean manufacturing practices, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring accurate cost control, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the prefabrication facilities. Primarily based in a fabrication facility environment with regular exposure to industrial noise, equipment, and materials. Requires periodic site vists and collaboration with field teams.
