We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Service Executive Manager to join our Buyside Trading Solutions team. This role is located in New York, NY or Boston, MA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive end to end client service delivery model for Buy-Side Trading Solutions clients, working with clients to resolve complex issues across Buy-Side Trading products and services, manage issues / incidents, and act as the central point of contact for clients and internal partners.
- Monitor and ensure execution of service commitments and evolve the client service model in partnership with key client counterparts and internal stakeholders.
- Consult on and participate in client servicing activities related to sales support, including creation of RFP responses, due diligence questionnaires, client visits, etc.
- Enhance existing processes across the client delivery lifecycle, and develop and internal and external collateral, including but not limited to, operational procedures, operating models, playbooks, etc.
- Work with client counterparts and BNY stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Trading, and other internal partners like Risk, Compliance, Controls and Legal, to design and manage end-to-end client implementation plans.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of client implementations and ongoing client servicing through status reporting, issue tracking and escalations.
- Oversee, direct, motivate, and develop junior Client Services staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1-3 years of management experience, preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills, client management and oversight experience, and ability to drive initiatives forward.
- Strong understanding of asset classes, trading lifecycle, US / global capital markets and financial instruments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, Confluence and other project planning tools.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to work across multiple workstreams with short lead times in a fast-paced environment.
- FINRA SIE or Series 7 preferred but not required.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
