MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Business Development Manager. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced HR pro with a creative, problem-solving nature. This business development position in a professional services organization provides its members with a broad range of HR services, including training, a 24/7 compliance hotline, daily content, surveys, compensation support, 84 special interest professional roundtables, and recruitment and retention services. We are MRA, the largest employer association in the country, and each year we help 5,500 businesses in the Midwest thrive! You will be a*Wayfinder* for our existing customers to confidently access all our services and build new membership using contemporary tools and techniques that demonstrate value and create genuine, trusted, long-lasting relationships. Our team has over 3,000 years of HR and business expertise and serves organizations of all sizes and industries in seven states. This is a flexible location, hybrid role, with most of your time scheduled by you, out of the office, and onsite with members.
