GENERAL FUNCTION
The HR Analyst - Rx role supports scalable tools and methodologies to optimize reporting and analytics for Rx HR operations. It provides data-driven insights to leadership, influences decisions, and ensures consistent data management aligned with business needs. The Analyst tracks HR metrics, delivers reports to senior management and NA HR Ops, and identifies trends and gaps. Additionally, the role contributes to Rx NA Operations projects through planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication, serving as a central point for data consolidation across Rx HR teams.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serve as the liaison to support key topics with HRBPs including talent calibration, Turnover, headcount and roster validations by HRBP.
  • Work with the HR leadership to establish and maintain KPI's and metrics for the department.
  • Maintain and track HR metrics using Business Objects and HRIS to support strategy development.
  • Perform statistical and predictive analyses on internal and external data.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards focused on headcount and turnover using BO and SAP.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Headcount Approvals for North America Rx Operations.
  • Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources, including HCM systems, surveys, dashboards, and employment records.
  • Makes recommendations to the Rx HR leaders on the function and set up of data to allow for extraction and analysis and appropriate configuration.
  • Identifies appropriate data sets from legacy and external reports to be migrated to current Rx HR data storage and reporting to allow improved and accurate reporting.
  • Prepares reports of data results and insights, presenting and explaining findings to HR & business leadership, and provides best practices and strategic input to support functional direction.
  • Uses analytics techniques to identify trends in people data, partnering appropriately and creating scalable solutions, program and/or process enhancements to improve the employee experience, drive talent outcomes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Research and selects internal/external benchmarks to provide relative performance analysis and metric on effectiveness of talent management practices.
  • Apply mathematical models on structured and unstructured data sets to provide detailed analysis of current state and make predictions of likely outcome of changes to current policies and practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's in HR Management, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2+ years in HR and in Analytics/Data Reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment/labor law and HR best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High customer service standards and ability to manage multiple priorities.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical problem-solving skills as well as logical, analytical, and reporting and skills
