SNF Floquip is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues and enhancements. The role will work closely with SAP AMS and BASIS consultants to support users, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in implementing new SAP functionality. The ideal candidate will act as the subject matter expert for key SAP modules and develop productive partnerships with production, engineering, and maintenance teams across SNF sites in the U.S. This position requires a strong technical understanding, coordination skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

LOCATION: Riceboro, GA


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for SAP user issues.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for the following SAP modules:
  • Customer Service / Plant Maintenance CS/PM
  • Project Systems (PS)
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • Web services
  • Business Warehouse (BW)
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • SAP Integration Suite
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to expand the company's SAP knowledge base.
  • Work with SAP AMS and BASIS consultants to manage issue tickets through development, quality, and production environments.
  • Participate in weekly progress meetings with consultants to review ticket status and ongoing issues.
  • Support and integrate third-party software linked to the SAP environment.
  • Develop and enhance SAP reports to improve business insights and decision-making efficiency.
  • Manage SAP user licenses and creation of new SAP user accounts.
  • Train end users on SAP roles, transactions, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP databases and functionality across multiple modules.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience utilizing PM/PS modules within a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups, including Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills; capable of supporting multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a commitment to continuous improvement.
