What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation, from initial scoping to final integration, ensuring engineering best practices through robust design/code reviews, comprehensive test coverage, and maintainable, idiomatic code.
• Ensure all developed solutions comply with data privacy, security, and legal requirements, facilitating reviews to support successful launches and ongoing operations.
• Engage in account and industry planning, meeting with clients and partners to understand their goals and technical challenges deeply.
• Identify technical gaps, recurring patterns, and opportunities for solution reuse or new innovations that drive revenue, business growth, and efficiency.
• Align with clients, partners, and sales teams on solution needs and commitments to advance project success.
• Build trust by actively listening, understanding client and partner priorities, and communicating technical concepts in accessible language.
• Educate clients and partners on the potential of emerging technologies and how to leverage them for achieving business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, business development, and product-to anticipate trends and identify strategic opportunities for advanced solutions.
• Quickly ramp up on new product sets and client tech stacks to provide expert consultation, evaluating trade-offs across design and implementation approaches.
• Develop subject matter expertise in emerging technologies to offer forward-looking, innovative solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing technical stakeholder relationships and driving alignment in solution-focused environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex issues and develop effective, scalable solutions.
• Solid foundation in core technical disciplines and the software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in solution design principles, methodologies, and web technologies.
• Strong background in software engineering and architecture.
• Exceptional consultative and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into strategic business value.
