As a core member of the team, you will independently manage the full lifecycle of advanced programs, driving business outcomes and continuous optimization. Your contributions will be vital in defining and addressing complex, cross-functional challenges, ensuring programs not only meet but exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships, enabling effective decision-making, and championing best practices across diverse teams.
- Independently develop comprehensive program charters, meticulously detailing scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced initiatives
- Craft detailed project plans, segmenting projects into distinct phases, incorporating risk assessments, and ensuring transparency regarding program constraints
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with all program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and collaborative problem-solving
- Strategically optimize team roles and responsibilities within programs to maximize efficiency and impact
- Proactively manage program escalations, working closely with stakeholders to achieve timely and effective resolutions
- Design and implement predictable, targeted communication plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Serve as a key representative for the program team, engaging with various groups and advocating for program objectives
- Execute essential change management requirements identified by program stakeholders, developing and rolling out comprehensive plans, including thorough impact analyses
- Monitor the progress of change management rollouts, swiftly resolving any misalignments or challenges that arise
- Independently identify and collect the necessary data to effectively execute and govern programs, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports
- Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with core values such as product excellence, inclusion, and brand reputation
- Establish robust program governance structures, defining effective strategies for mitigation, post-mortems, and escalation processes
- Lead and facilitate productive program team meetings, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability
- Determine program phasing and key metrics in collaboration with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and resource stewardship
- Establish regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and clear rationale for any program adjustments
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in Communications Management, demonstrating the ability to craft and execute effective communication strategies
- Strong capabilities in Team Management, including optimizing roles and fostering collaborative environments
- Expertise in Managing Organizational Change, with experience developing and implementing rollout plans
- Demonstrated Technical Judgment, capable of making sound technical decisions within program contexts
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, adept at building relationships and navigating diverse expectations
- Advanced Planning abilities, including charter development and detailed project plan creation
- Proficiency in Portfolio Management, understanding how individual programs contribute to broader objectives
- A deep understanding of user needs and a strong sense of empathy
- Robust skills in Execution and Governance, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and managed transparently
