As a pivotal member of the team, you will independently manage the entire lifecycle of complex programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed business objectives. You will be instrumental in defining strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships to deliver impactful results. Your expertise will directly contribute to continuous improvement, drive significant change, and elevate the overall success of key projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What you'll do:

Program Leadership & Strategy: Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs. Develop detailed project plans, breaking down initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks, and ensuring transparency into program constraints.

Stakeholder & Team Management: Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and collaborative problem-solving. Optimize team roles and responsibilities to maximize efficiency and proactively manage program escalations in close partnership with stakeholders.

Communication & Engagement: Design and execute predictable program communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, ensuring clarity and alignment. Serve as a key representative for the program team across diverse touchpoints.

Change Management & Optimization: Lead change management initiatives, developing comprehensive rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, monitoring progress, and resolving any misalignments to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.

Data-Driven Execution & Governance: Independently determine and collect essential data for effective program execution and governance. Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports. Proactively identify and manage program tasks and dependencies, embedding values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Define robust program governance structures, including mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalation protocols, while leading effective team meetings.

Continuous Improvement & Metrics: Define program phasing and establish key metrics that drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Implement regular checkpoints to assess and deliver on improvement metrics, providing clear transparency and rationale for any program pivots.

Proficiency in Communications Management, demonstrating the ability to design and deliver effective communication strategies.

Proven experience in Team Management, including optimizing roles, fostering collaboration, and managing team dynamics.

Expertise in Managing Organizational Change, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives.

Strong Technical Judgment, enabling sound decision-making and problem-solving in complex technical environments.

Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and navigating diverse expectations.

Advanced Planning capabilities, including developing detailed project plans, defining scope, and managing dependencies.

Proficiency in Portfolio Management, understanding how individual programs contribute to broader organizational goals.

Demonstrated User Understanding and Empathy, ensuring programs are designed with the end-user in mind.

Strong capabilities in Execution and Governance, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and managed robustly.

A commitment to Continuous Improvement, with experience in establishing metrics and driving ongoing optimization.
