**What You'll Do:**

* Execute a variety of fulfillment tasks, including the precise picking, packing, labeling, gift-wrapping, and shipping of orders.

* Operate standard office and warehouse equipment, such as printers, scanners, laminators, and desktop computers, to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and speed, ensuring every package surpasses customer expectations.

* Manage data flow and ensure seamless integration between various systems for efficient order processing and tracking.

* Accurately log and organize shipment data across multiple platforms, ensuring packages are correctly tied to customer records.

* Fulfill and manage orders with unwavering accuracy and efficiency, guaranteeing a flawless delivery process.

* Uphold our commitment to personalization by expertly hand-wrapping gifts and tailoring each package to individual customer needs.

**What You'll Need:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic arithmetic.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Familiarity with mailing processes.

* Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push or pull weights up to 360 lbs.

* Capability to stand, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

* Comfortable working in confined spaces and environments with exposure to dust.
