SUMMARY

TheManager of Talent Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness through talent planning, leadership development, succession management, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to build a high performing, inclusive culture that supports business growth and transformation.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of the performance management program (philosophy, tools, processes, and communications) to enable meaningful performance and development conversations that drive business and development outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the annual performance management program to ensure timely execution of key activities such as goal setting, check-ins, performance revie
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent gaps and build targeted development plans.
  • Design and deliver scalable leadership development programs for all levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
  • Create learning experiences that enhance employee skills, engagement and retention.
  • Implement mentoring, coaching and stretch assignment activities
  • Track program effectiveness and ROI through KPIs, employee feedback, and business outcomes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in coaching or leadership development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and talent analytics platform
