At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Regional Manager, Donor Recruitment is responsible for leading a high-performing mobile recruitment team to achieve annual blood collection goals through strategic sales, marketing, and territory development initiatives. This role develops and executes data-informed recruitment campaigns, cultivates key partnerships, and identifies new market opportunities to grow donor participation and strengthen the organization's regional impact.

The anticipated annual salary starts at $64,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:



  • Leads, trains, and coaches Account Managers to meet sales and departmental goals.
  • Oversees mobile recruitment operations, optimizing processes and driving territory growth and key account acquisition.
  • Manages regional donor recruitment through data-driven goal setting, KPI monitoring, and strategy adjustments.
  • Builds and maintains strong client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborates with Marketing on recruitment campaigns to support collection and growth targets.
  • Analyzes trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.


What you will bring to the role:



  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, healthcare, Psychology, or another related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or communications focused on healthcare is required
  • Experience using data-driven decision-making, analyzing sales and performance metrics to meet department goals and KPIs preferably in healthcare.
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the management of teams, preferably focusing on operational efficiency and account development.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts, driving strategic territory development, and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • A basic proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related applications is required.



Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Director of Donor Relations and will be based out of Bethlehem location but will travel to partner sites in eastern PA and NJ. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

The normal hours for this position are 8:30am-5pm at our Bethlehem location however, some flexibility is required based on mobile goals.

The expected travel for this position is up to 60% in the field and 1-2 days in office (Bethlehem/Reading).
