The Regional Manager, Donor Recruitment is responsible for leading a high-performing mobile recruitment team to achieve annual blood collection goals through strategic sales, marketing, and territory development initiatives. This role develops and executes data-informed recruitment campaigns, cultivates key partnerships, and identifies new market opportunities to grow donor participation and strengthen the organization's regional impact. Additional information: This position reports directly to the Director of Donor Relations and will be based out of Bethlehem location but will travel to partner sites in eastern PA and NJ. They will be responsible for working the following schedule: The normal hours for this position are 8:30am-5pm at our Bethlehem location however, some flexibility is required based on mobile goals. The expected travel for this position is up to 60% in the field and 1-2 days in office (Bethlehem/Reading).
