We're seeking a success-driven Senior Accountant to support key accounting functions and contribute to the overall financial strength of our organization. This position offers a blend of hands-on accounting responsibilities, project work, and opportunities for process improvement and growth. Key Responsibilities Perform variance analysis, control, and costing Manage Sales, Use, and Payroll tax processes Support internal and divisional financial reporting Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts with full documentation and GAAP compliance Assist with annual audit preparation and year-end close Provide backup support for other senior accountants Participate in system enhancements and implementation projects Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting team members Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited program Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred) Experience with Accounts Receivable / Payables Intermediate Excel proficiency required Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, analytical, and a quick learner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join a team that brings Breakfast to America!
