Manufacturing Recruiter (temporary position)

Location: Hendersonville, NC
Pay: $35/hour | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Kyocera International, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter (temporary) to join our team and help us attract top talent across a wide range of positions-from entry-level Operators to technical Sales and Engineering roles. What You'll Do



  • Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates: Use creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, and hiring events.
  • Screen and interview: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Guide candidates from application through onboarding.
  • Build relationships: Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on manufacturing recruitment best practices and workforce trends.


What We're Looking For



  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
