Supermicro is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team for conducting the failure analysis of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) products, Engineering Change Order (ECO) tasks, product conversion job. The candidate is responsible for daily repairs, rework, modifications and diagnose the products, isolates and analyzes the defective PCBA products to identify the root cause of failure. Execute appropriate tests to validate the fix and prepare the report for the management team to improve and raise product quality level. The candidate can work efficiently in the fast-paced production environment to meet dynamic sale demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range
$73,500 - $100,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
