FieldBridge Energy seeks a Upper Mt Bethel, PA - based Chemical Production Technician to work for a global leader in industrial gases and clean energy solutions. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay / Schedule: $21.56/hr. 12 hour shift 6 am- 6 pm for day shift or 6 pm to 6 am for night shift; most likely night shift. Great opportunity for OT. At 50 hours per week, for example, earn weekly paychecks up to $1,185.80 gross

You'll work with gases and specialty chemicals that help produce next-generation semiconductors, electronics, and clean-energy technologies.

This is a hands-on production and equipment operation role in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys technical work, pays close attention to safety, and thrives on working with a team in a fast-paced plant setting.

What You'll Do




  • Operate and monitor chemical production systems and process equipment.



  • Work safely with gases such as ammonium chloride, helium, and nitrogen.



  • Assemble, clean, and disassemble equipment as part of production changeovers.



  • Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.



  • Use computers and SAP to record production data and update procedures.



  • Safely move materials and gas cylinders using a forklift.



  • Participate in safety meetings and help maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S).



  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and wear required PPE and respirators.




What We're Looking For

Required:




  • High School Diploma or GED



  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools



  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and roll heavy cylinders (up to 200 lbs)



  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)

    Safety-focused, reliable, and teamwork-oriented



  • Must be able to wear a full-face respirator (clean-shaven)




Preferred:




  • Associate's Degree in Process Technology, Chemistry, or related field



  • 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, or hazardous material handling



  • Forklift certification (training provided)




Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Root Cause Analysis
