POSITION SUMMARY: Clearway Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to support our on-site Specialty Pharmacy operations! In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy workflows, support and develop team members, and partner closely with our client site to ensure a seamless and patient-centered specialty pharmacy experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously managed a pharmacy or has experience within specialty pharmacy and is looking to further grow in a collaborative, high-impact environment. Candidates who currently hold, or are working toward obtaining, their Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) certification are strongly encouraged to apply. You'll manage the daily operations of the assigned outpatient specialty pharmacy location. Your role involves maintaining quality improvement initiatives consistent with company standards, fostering a work environment where team members feel valued, heard, and respected. You will plan, organize, direct, and lead personnel to identify and implement new or improved processes. You will develop measurable metrics to drive quality improvement and enhance patient-focused services. With a detailed understanding of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis, you will skillfully utilize these techniques to optimize pharmacy operations and service delivery.
