Your Mission (Job Summary)

You are the "glue" that holds our events together. Supporting the Catering and Conference Services Team, you will handle the vital administrative and clerical duties that ensure guest satisfaction. You are the primary point of contact between Managers, Banquet Chefs, Audio Visual teams, and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • The Liaison: Coordinate communication between Conference Managers, Banquet Staff, and Event Services to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Communication Hub: Manage high-volume inquiries via phone and email with a clear, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
  • Meeting Master: Take the lead on internal meeting requests, assigning room sets, F&B, and AV needs.
  • VIP Concierge: Handle high-priority amenity requests for VIP clients, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
  • Document Guru: Create, distribute, and file time-sensitive operational documents using advanced software packages.
  • Organization: Maintain meticulous departmental records and binders to keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.


The Qualifications



  • Education: High school diploma required; an Associate's Degree (A.A.) in Hospitality and Tourism is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior hospitality experience, specifically within Conferences and Banquets, is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in word processing software and data entry; strong basic math skills for accurate calculations.
  • Licenses: Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • The Vibe: A self-starting personality with a "pitch-in" attitude and a professional, polished appearance.
  • Physical: Ability to transport documents across the resort and navigate a fast-paced environment.
