We're looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant - Manufacturing & Engineering to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to a senior leader. This role goes far beyond traditional EA duties-acting as a trusted partner to drive execution, streamline processes, and enhance business performance across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy, with a passion for turning data into insights and strategy into action. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow into an operational leadership role while working closely with an executive who prioritizes mentorship and professional development.
