Description Follow company Safety Policies, keeping personal safety and the safety of fellow employees foremost in all activities. Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and products in such a way that the safety of plant personnel and the environment is ensured. Accomplish daily production goals, daily orders, and monitor the process operations to ensure environmental compliance. Deliver production samples to the Laboratory as required. Inform Plant Manager of mechanical process problems that will require plant and operating procedures changes to prevent reoccurrence. Complete process log sheets, check sheets, and other paperwork in a timely matter. Inspect equipment and report malfunctions that require repairs to the Production Supervisor. Make suggestions for improvement of existing operating procedures and review procedures when assigned. Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the plant is maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Packaging of Final Product in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Proper and orderly storage of Final Product in the warehouse. Escort outside contract personnel in the plant. Keep the Production Manage informed of deviations from normal process parameters. Perform other duties as assigned.
