The Position
The Opportunity In alignment with Roche's commitment to innovation, our team is continually advancing internal capabilities leveraging the latest technology. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional experienced in applied AI development to join the Corporate Business Development Organization at Genentech/Roche - comprising Pharma Partnering, Business Development, Alliance Management, Finance & Insights Analytics, and M&A. The AI and Insights Specialist will work on AI-powered innovative applications and dashboards across our corporate landscape, enabling smarter, faster, and more effective business operations. You'll work alongside a dynamic team in a fast paced environment shaping how AI can enhance the strategic capabilities of Business Development. This is a rare opportunity to blend business insight, creativity, and technical curiosity to help build a next-generation partnership and insights platform within Roche. Responsibilities:
Who You Are
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $114,900 - $213,300. Annual Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
