The operator will troubleshoot and maintain labeling lines, robots, and stretch wrap machines to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Responsibilities also include printing and applying barcode labels, scanning finished pallets into production, and operating forklifts safely. Accurate recordkeeping, adherence to housekeeping standards, and support of additional production tasks are essential. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient, safe, and high-quality packaging operations.

  • Responsible for pulling correct Brite Stock finished goods from modular warehouses and ensuring correct label is placed on drum per fill schedule
  • Stack full labeled drums on pallets via robots as specified by the BOM and stack pattern of the associated SKU
  • Check, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with all associated machines, equipment, and labeling lines to ensure proper operation and lessen production downtime
  • Operate and maintain robots and stretch wrap machines following safe operating procedures to ensure product and packaging quality during shipping
  • Print and apply appropriate 2D barcode labels and associated LPs (license plates) to finished pallets and scan accurately into production
  • Operate and maintain forklifts (fork trucks) following safe material handling practices and perform daily maintenance checks
  • Keep applicable production records and operating data accurately and correctly
  • Clean labeling areas as designated, meeting housekeeping standards
  • Support additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Education requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,700.00 and $77,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
