Job Title : Mill Operator

Department : Rubber

Report To: Shift Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Responsible for performing quality control checks of mixed batch

*Will need to read and understand a schedule while using a computer interface to record production

* Will perform rubber "cut-downs"; this is to cut the material off of the mill and re-feed on to the mill

* Will feed small pieces of the batch to QC equipment and perform quality checks

* Rotate between Minor Add Compounding, Color Compounding, Banbury Mixing, and Drop Mill Operating

* Overtime is/may be required.

* Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
