Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including creative, content, digital, etc..

AI Integration:

  • Utilize AI technologies to optimize marketing campaigns, including predictive analytics, personalization, and automation.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of AI trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing strategies and processes.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and insights for program development.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs using AI and analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and marketing strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing program/project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with AI technologies and their application in marketing.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com for project tracking and collaboration is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including previous experience working in a Marketing organization.
  • Open to adopting and leveraging AI technologies to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a tech-savvy, high-growth company.
