This Administrative Coord II position is the only Admin support for the Psychiatry Dept Chairman and for the Psychiatry Dept Administrator.

Duties to support the Psychiatry Chairman and Administrator include:



  • Completes CONCUR and SAP training for, and submits, SOM Travel reimbursement and Vendor Invoice processing for Online Payment requests
  • Completes the initial Bayview Medical Staff Credentialing Applications in a timely manner coordinating all documentation and verifications for new applicants and completes letters from Chairman for changes, resignations, or reappointments
  • Completing EPIC Training as Registration, Bed Planner, and Financial Clearance to perform the duty of covering the APU Inpatient Admissions Counselor Position when that position is on PTO or vacant.
  • Assist with the Onboarding, Orienting, Maintaining Training needs for Trainees A bldg. Psych Dept and who are not covered by the duties of the SOM employed Medical Training Coordinator
  • Work is Fulltime and 100% onsite
  • Hours are M-F 8AM to 430 PM
  • Position is not SOM, but is under JHHS Bayview Benefits Plan and Holiday schedule, and is Non Exempt Hourly


Salary Range: Minimum 20.22/hour - Maximum 33.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
