About the Role

Lenovo's Cloud & Software business is seeking a User Insights Analyst as part of our Fresh Grad Program. In this role you will play a critical role in uncovering and analyzing behavioral trends across Lenovo PCs, tablets, and web platforms. This role is for someone who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that guide product strategy, enhance user engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and visualizing data across multiple channels, helping Lenovo better understand customer needs and behaviors. Working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and business teams, you will transform data into insights that shape the future of Lenovo's on-device and software ecosystem experiences. This role will be part of Lenovo's User Insights and Engagement team, focused on building a holistic view of customer engagement to inform product development and business growth strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze user engagement and behavioral data across Lenovo devices (PC and tablet) as well as Lenovo's digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent visualization tools) to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and deliver insights that guide decision-making.
  • Partner with product managers, marketers, and analysts to uncover trends, segment users, and support customer journey mapping.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of user engagement initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets through quality checks and validation processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL databases and queries.
  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI or equivalent data visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence for software product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, AI innovation, and continuous learning.
  • This position is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR VISA SPONSORSHIP, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT). All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agile product delivery or supporting SaaS software projects.
  • Exposure to generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or DeepSeek for operational automation.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
