Job Description

This position requires a highly organized and proactive assistant to provide administrative support for the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, be flexible with time commitment and have a keen attention to detail. Position requires the following job skills:




  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, data manipulation techniques, and charting features.


  • Customer Service skills:

    • Position requires working with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.


  • Schedules, coordinates and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travels, conferences and other related events.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and daily administrative activities.
  • Must be organized, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated professionalism, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and office equipment.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
