This is an Individual Contributor role, where the individual possess superior communication skills and a high level of executive presence while partnering cross functionally with Insights, Analytics, Product, Digital Business, Acquisition, Creative, Retail, Legal, and Marketing leadership teams ensuring product and program campaigns are optimally designed and delivered throughout the customer lifecycle. This person will role model agility and adaptability and is energized by the spirit of continual improvement, as new ways of working are both influenced and supported by them.This person will drive strategy yet also need to be a fast-moving activator with the ability to 'see around the corner' to guide plans into the future. They need to be able to elevate for the audience, and also dive into the details. This is a great opportunity for someone with a creative, analytical, and innovative mindset to identify new opportunities and carry out projects and marketing campaigns in a large matrixed, yet supported environment. This person has experience driving full funnel multi-media marketing campaigns leveraging both 1P and 3P data, experinece in targeting and re-targeting strategies, omni channel marketing expertise across digital and physcial shopping destinations, and is able to mentor other team members. This role is available at our Bellevue, WA HQ T-Mobile is enjoying three days a week in office collaboration! Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
