As a Security Guard - Auto Patrol Driver in Sandy Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned automotive locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing visible support throughout the area. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including areas such as vehicle lots, showrooms, and service areas.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting observations during patrols.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help control access to the location.
• Report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership.
• Assist with emergency situations and/or evacuations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
