Where you will work:



  • This is a hybrid role based in Astound's Long Island City, NY office where you will have the opportunity to work two days from home and three days in the office each week.
  • The individual must have the ability to travel into the field as needed.
  • The individual must be based within a 60-mile commuting distance to Astound's Long Island City, NY office.


A Day in the Life of the Access Sales Account Executive:



  • Negotiate Bulk and ROE (right of entry) agreements with property managers, developers and building owners.
  • Achieve bulk and ROE sales goals through strategic planning and effective tactical execution. Must be able to find and source leads for new opportunities.

  • Attain and maintain full knowledge on Astound's product offerings, branding messages, and current offers/promotions.


  • Maintain accuracy of agreements and ensure compliance with market and corporate guidelines for pricing, revenue share, marketing rights, etc.
  • Review and analyze current revenue share and agent dealer programs and agreements for compliance, competitive considerations, and sales opportunities.
  • Execute changes to agreements as necessary and maintain customer agreement data base.
  • Analyze and report competitive trends and the impact on business goals; create programs to address challenges.
  • Build a network of relationships with real estate developers, agents, and RE management firms.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Bring to the Table:



  • Three + years of sales experience in a direct sales and/or customer service/ business environment required.
  • Telecom industry, related field or relevant experience required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Ability to build relationships with real estate developers and property management firms is essential.
  • Ability to negotiate contract pricing, lock-up exclusive marketing programs and close business.
  • Ability to present, negotiate and close contract pricing and terms with key stakeholders/ decision makers at an executive level.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Adept at navigating the competitive landscape.
  • Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Must be well-organized, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Education and Certifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management or equivalent experience/education.

Base Salary: The base salary range in New York for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 (annually), plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are seventy-five thousand annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
