To submit an application, click "Apply" on the job listing page on the State Farm career site.*** Responsibilities We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Lead Software Engineer specializing in Mobile Quality Assurance and Automation to join our mobile application testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing practices, ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. If you are passionate about technology, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in an agile environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities May Include: * Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications and user stories. * Perform manual and automated testing on mobile applications across various devices and operating systems. * Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. * Expand automated test coverage by developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Playwright. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing activities, including test plans, test cases, automation frameworks, and End of Test (EOT) reports. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables. * Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in QA testing, mobile technologies, and agile methodologies. Qualifications We Are Seeking Candidates With: * Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile applications and automation. * Strong experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, Selenium) and automation technologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
