As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations to help create a secure environment for guests, tenants, and staff. Your presence and regular patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or tenants with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on any incidents, observations, or security-related activities during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike and ride a bike for long periods of time is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
