As a Security Officer - Badge Access Financials in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of individuals to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, suspicious activities, or policy violations observed during the shift.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the building and surrounding property to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations.
• Maintain a strong security-related presence at assigned access control points as a representative of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and/or badge system experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
