AllHealth Network is growing! We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our Crisis Response Team in the FULL-TIME position of Clinical Manager. This person will provide direct daily operational oversight to the Crisis Response Team. Ensure the efficient delivery of quality crisis services in the community. Job Purpose:
Provides direct daily operational oversight to the Crisis Response Team. Ensures the efficient delivery of quality crisis services in the community. Manages relationships with outside referral sources, collects data, identifies trends, and works on quality improvement initiatives.

Goals and Objectives:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain a trained and knowledgeable staff who provide quality acute care for individuals in crisis.
* Ensure crisis response team operates efficiently, and staff understand their roles and performance expectations.
* Ensure clients receive crisis response services promoting recovery for the individual. Commitment to recovery oriented, Person Centered, Trauma Informed Care.
* Promote positive culture of collaboration within AllHealth Network.
* Positively contribute to and accountable for the financial health of the organization.
* Ensure services are efficient and promote recovery for the individual in a clinical and ethically sound environment
* Hold Crisis Response Team accountable to defined performance measures to ensure contractual performance measures are met.

This person will report to the Clinical Director, Acute Care Services, and will supervise a Clinical Supervisor, Crisis Counselors, and Crisis Evaluators.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee administrative functions of the team including human resource management, time off approval onboarding, review of staff performance and competencies, monitoring department productivity, reviewing department policies and procedures, and monitoring individual staff workloads/assignments.
* Provide administrative oversight to include hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, staffing, and staff coverage for all Crisis Response Team staff.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state and other regulations governing division services.
* Monitor documentation and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements are met.
* Ensure an adequate level of staffing occurs at the Walk-In Center (WIC).
* Build productive, cohesive, and positive teams.
* Collaborate with external organizations to maintain positive relationships.
* Review service data and financial reports as appropriate.
* Participate in the Leadership on-call rotation as needed.
* Follow and ensure that all AllHealth Network policies and procedures are being followed.
* Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines and holds staff accountable for training modules
* Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee.
* Work with other staff and managers across the AllHealth Network system to meet the Mission, Vision and Values of AllHealth Network.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
* Master's degree at a minimum, in a Human Services field.
* LPC, LCSW, LMFT is required.
* Five years of experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness.
* At least three years of crisis service experience and knowledge of acute service delivery systems.
* Must have strong leadership skills, and experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
* Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of managed care and utilization review systems.
* Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written formats.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Must have strong computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.

Salary: $90,000 - $97,000 annually an additional $5k annually for your LAC

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
